POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR

POSITION DUTIES: Assist management team for scheduling of patient appointments for home health care, supervision and appointment of staffs, managing insurance claims, keeping patients’ records and updating clinic’s database, and management of clinic’s financial aspects

QUALIFICATIONS: Any Associate degree
RATE OF PAY: $65,458 per year
HOURS: 40 hours per week (Full-time & Permanent Position)

UCP Goals

1. To provide a high quality of comprehensive health care service through a coordinated plan of care for the ill, aged and disabled residents of the community.
2. To provide health teaching to the patients/family members in order that they can make informed choices and decisions about home health services related to their self-defined unique needs.
3. To support the agency’s objective to create an environment that enhances staff development and provides high quality service.
4. To involve the patient and family in the plan of care and allow active participation whenever possible.
5. To serve as a resource and educate with positive communication skills to our patients and their family, physicians, employee agency personnel, health and welfare agencies and the community regarding support services.
6. To provide ethical leadership and establish adequate internal compliance systems to enforce ethical and legal conduct to prevent fraud, waste and abuse.

This place has the WORSE customer service. They don’t answer their phones and when you leave a message they don’t respond. There’s only one phone number and you get put on hold just for them to hang up on you 15 minutes later. It took me 4 HOURS to get a hold of someone. It’s frustrating as it is to go through a biopsy and deal with cancer then be treated with ZERO compassion. Do yourself a favor and LOOK FOR ANOTHER CLINIC. I will be reporting them to the medical board of California for negligence. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m don’t know why they have a these positives review, they might be all fake.

I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. By chance and through a 3rd party, I was referred to this company. After switching to Unified Care, I could not believe the difference between the service they offered compared to the previous one. From day one, one of their Nurses, (Mrs. Manijeh) rightfully diagnosed (later verified by the doctor) that a back wound he had been treated for, was the wrong diagnosis for that wound. It took one visit from her versus 4 months under care of the other company's nurse. After that, the other nurses, Mrs. Mehry and specially Mrs. Mahin who has been attending to his post-surgery wound vacuum and is getting better every day. She even came on the Memorial day holiday, because she did not want to miss his routine change of his wound. This company and their staff are like angels That I needed to help me with my Dad's situation. I should also mention the administrator person, Mrs. Shohreh; who is always great and pleasant and arranges all the appointments without any hassle. Something I never experienced with the other company. If you are looking for a professional and reliable Home health services, don't waste your time by going anywhere else. This comes from my painful and long experience with other company.

I’m very satisfied with unified care provider.I googled for a home health care in Irvine, UCP came up first and I gave it a try for my granddad.They help with pt appointment at his house and we were very satisfied with the service.The nurse has been amazing and astonishing taking care of my grandfather.Thank you

UCP provided excellent care for my mother. Their nurses, physical therapists, and home health aides worked with compassion and due diligence until they were sure that my mother was better. If I had to, I would definitely use their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs their care.

I have had the opportunity of working with this home health both from a medical point of view AND from close family experience for the last few years. I find them exceptionally professional and compassionate. I particularly have only wonderful things to say about Mrs Mahin Who has shown my mom pure kindness and exceptional care.My whole family is greatful for all she has done for my mom, and treating her like her own family. She is just exceptional.I have worked with many agencies throughout my career and have been just amazed by this group’s care and compassion.

I would like to extend our thanks and appreciations to the staff at Unified Care Providers for helping my father after his hip surgery. They were very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and the most professional. My father movement has improved very much and his doctor is very happy with his progress. Our family highly recommends Unified Care Providers.
